Ingredients:
- 10 medium tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 4-6 serrano peppers (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions:
