On August 29, 2025, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) extended 164 product- specific exclusions, and 14 exclusions for certain manufacturing equipment subject to Section 301 tariffs. These exclusions are valid through November 29, 2025.
Effective September 1, 2025, importers should use HTSUS 9903.886.69 or 9903.88.70 to claim applicable Section 301 exclusions. Refer to Federal Register notices 89 FR 46948 and 89 FR 76581 for the complete list of covered HTSUS codes.
