Ingredients:
- 8 large Anaheim peppers
- 8 slices of bacon (thin-cut works best for crispiness)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. cooked and crumbled bacon (optional, for extra bacon flavor)
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks (to secure the bacon)
Instructions:
